All rooms at AnchorageWells Accommodation have king-size beds, cushioned sofa or chairs and en-suite shower rooms on room-only basis. The property is just a short walk away from the local cafes, delhi, bakers and award-winning restaurants for breakfast and other meals. When booking the Entire cottage as a holiday home, guests will be able to enjoy the newly fitted modern well equipped kitchen dining room, a comfortable lounge with 2 large comfortable sofas and outdoor terraces at the front and the back.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen and dining room or back terrace when they book a King Ensuite room only.

Some rooms have a sitting area and partial sea-views and a shared terrace.

Holkham Hall is 1.5 miles and Blakeney Point is 5.6 miles from the house. The nearest airport is Norwich International Airport, 26.7 miles from the property and the nearest train stations are in Norwich and Kings Lynn from which buses are available to Wells-next-the-Sea.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:30 and ends at 10:00.

Superior King Room. Large opening window with partial street harbour seaview and overlooking the quiet yard, this king room has a normal staircase on the 1st floor. Guests can enjoy a comfortable seating area, king bed, TV, teacoffee making facilities, and recently refurbished en-suite with walk in shower. Please note parking is not available for these rooms. ;
King Suite with Partial Sea View. This room has a king-size bed, a seating area, small sofa, fridge with icebox and an en-suite shower room. Guests can enjoy partial sea views from the room. There is a second connecting room to this room that contains 2 single beds and can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children over the age of 11, for an additional charge. Please note that the suite has a low doorway and beams, and is accessed by 2 sets of steep stairs and builtthe sloping attic roof. As a result, it is not suitable for young children and guests with mobility issues. Please note parking is not available for this unit. ;
One-Bedroom Apartment. This 1st floor modern 1 bedroom apartment, Anchorage Harbour Apartment, is offered on a self catering basis and located just around the corner from the Anchorage. The room has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a shower room and a well equipped kitchenette, lounge dining area with sofa, table and chairs.
