Should your room have been prepaid you will still be asked for a chip-pin card pre authorisation of £100 for one bedroom apartment and £200 for two bedroom apartment, contactless, Apply pay or any form of virtual card will not be accepted for this. This is released back onto your pending balance providing none of our other services within the hotel have not been utilised and will appear back in your available balance within 14 days depending on your bank. This will open up a line of credit for bar, restaurant, room service or mini bar facilities.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

We do not accept same sex leisure parties of more than 6 people. Hotel does not accept hen or stag groups.

Group bookings of 10 or more rooms will not be accepted
